Yoga with Mindy

Join us at the Valley Community Library's Gino Merli Room on Wednesdays at 11:15 a.m. for Yoga with Mindy. This class is designed to help release stress and tension as we focus on mindfulness, breathing, and simple yoga postures. Each class is $8. Payments will be due the day of the class.
