The Ancient Order of Hibernians Paul “Hook” O’Malley Division Four presented a wreath to two Irish heroes at the Lackawanna County Courthouse: Patrick Delacey and John Delaney, Medal of Honor recipients during the Civil War. The division has been doing this for many years. The keynote speaker is the division’s 2025 Man of the Year, retired Judge Tom Munley.
