Adults with disabilities are preparing to bring a unique performance to the stage at Lackawanna College (Peoples Security Bank Theater) on Thursday, with the Arc Angels show starting at 7 p.m. The Friends of the Arc Auxiliary has been raising awareness and funds to support the ongoing efforts of the Arc of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Through a Lackawanna Arts and Culture grant, Director Geri Featherby — along with Lindsay Cocker and Avery Roberts, and choreographers Cristina Sohns-Williams and Jennifer Sohns Petty — have created their eighth Arc Angels production. For the past seven years, a theatrical extravaganza has been created from a weekly learning experience. The auxiliary planning committee includes, first row, from left, Corolla Sawka and Carol Burke; second row, Jean Biggar and Pat Kwiatkowski; third row, Kathy McDonnell, Betty Moreken and Nancy Crafferty; fourth row, Peggy Tenelly; fifth row, Mary Jo Nealis and Mary Ellen Stezer; sixth row, Mary Murphy Fox and Eileen Rempe; and seventh row, Ann McDonough and Linda Kusy.
