Scranton libraries fundraiser block party Friday

Swingin’ On Vine, a fundraiser for Scranton public libraries, is Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m., outside the Albright Memorial Library, in the 500 block of Vine Street. It will feature live music by Picture Perfect, raffles, beer, wine, margaritas and cook-out style food, for $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Tickets on sale at all Scranton public library locations and online at events.eventgroove.com/event/Swingin-On-Vine-107520. Raffle basket ticket sales are also online.

Waterpark opens Friday

Irish band in Hazleton on Saturday

Dublin-based acoustic roots band I Draw Slow will play the Tap at Humboldt Beer Depot on Saturday, from 7 to 10 p.m. Their album “Turn Your Face To The Sun” topped the Irish Independent Album Charts in 2017. 563 Can Do Expressway, Hazleton.

West Side Memorial Day parade in Kingston on Monday

The West Side Memorial Day Parade steps off at 10:30 a.m. Monday, from Kingston Corners. Groups can be added by showing up at Kingston Corners by 10.

Winery open in Schuylkill County on Monday
