Scranton libraries fundraiser block party Friday
Swingin’ On Vine, a fundraiser for Scranton public libraries, is Friday, from 5 to 8 p.m., outside the Albright Memorial Library, in the 500 block of Vine Street. It will feature live music by Picture Perfect, raffles, beer, wine, margaritas and cook-out style food, for $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Waterpark opens Friday

Irish band in Hazleton on Saturday
