The McDonald’s restaurant in Carbondale brought the community together for a night of fun and fundraising in February during a McTeacher’s Night in support of Carbondale Area High School. The event raised more than $1,600 to help the school acquire a facility dog, a goal recently approved by Susquehanna Service Dogs. Throughout the evening, teachers traded their classrooms for the front counter, serving customers and engaging with families. Attendees also enjoyed a basket raffle and a special visit from characters Bluey and Bingo.
