CLARKS SUMMIT — Lackawanna County Commissioners Bill Gaughan and Chris Chermak will meet Wednesday morning at the Clarks Summit Borough Building, with the public session beginning at 10.
It continues a tradition of the commissioners holding certain of their regular bimonthly meetings outside the of county government center in downtown Scranton. The Clarks Summit Borough Building is located at 304 S. State St.
