PFM's Five-Year County Financial Management Plan Released
Financial consultant PFM has presented its analysis and recommendations regarding Lackawanna County's long-range financial and operational plan. Lackawanna County hired the Philadelphia-based consultant PFM Group in early 2024 under the state Strategic Management Program. The program included a cash-flow analysis and emergency action plan, as well as the longer-term financial plan.
