The City of Scranton Dangerous Tree Removal Assistance Program is here to help low-to-moderate income homeowners remove dangerous trees or branches from their property at no cost.

To qualify you must:

  • Live in Scranton
  • Carry and Share Proof of Insurance
  • Own and Occupy your Home
  • Have a Tree or Branch Marked Dangerous by City Code Enforcement or the City Arborist
  • Meet the Household Income Requirements below

Deadline: First come, first served. Limited Funding Available!
