Scranton Shakespeare Festival enters its 14th season offering free productions of Shakespeare’s “Julius Caesar” and “Timon of Athens” this week and at the end of July. The Yourh Theatre Ensemble will also present a production of “Romeo and Juliet” with local students at the end of the month. These productions remain free to the public in large part due to a grant from PNC Bank.
