Prices for individual shows haven’t been announced yet. In the past, they have sometimes varied in cost but are always cheaper as a package. Other packages are sometimes offered as the season progresses.

The season consists of five Tony Award-winning musicals and one play.

“SIX” turns the wives that were divorced and beheaded by English King Henry the VIII, along with those who died and survived, into a girl group that gives a concert rewriting their history. Between two cast albums, the music has been streamed over a billion times.

After successful runs in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, “SIX” opened on Broadway in 2021 and is still running. It was nominated for the Tony Award for best musical, and won the Tonys for original score and costumes for a musical.

“Book of Mormon,” a raunchy satire of Mormon missionaries, is still on Broadway.

“Kinky Boots” is about a shoe factory saved when it starts marketing to drag performers.

“Chicago,” about a murderess who becomes a vaudeville sensation, has been on Broadway for decades. It launched popular songs, such as “All that Jazz.”

“Clue” is a comedic play based on the murder mystery board game. Possible perpetrators include Colonel Mustard and available weapons include a lead pipe that might be used in the library. It has toured nationally but not been on Broadway. Along with “SIX,” “Clue” is coming to Scranton for the first time.

One of the most beloved classic stage and movie musicals, “The Music Man” is a romantic comedy about a con man and a librarian.
