THE ZONING HEARING BOARD OF THE CITY OF SCRANTON HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT IT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING AT CITY HALL, 340 N WASHINGTON AVE., CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS (2ND FLOOR) ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2025 AT 6:00 PM. TO CONSIDER, DELIBERATE, DISCUSS AND/OR TAKE OFFICIAL ACTION ON ANY MATTER THAT MAY LAWFULLY COME BEFORE IT AND TO CONSIDER AND TAKE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS:



JAMIE TALARICO seeks variance from floodplain requirements (accessory structures greater than 200 SF require a variance) to knock down two dilapidated structures and erect a single garage 24x36 at 2239 JACKSON ST. R-10 Zone



FREDARICO AUCACAMA seeks variance to convert single family home into a duplex at 1528 WYOMING AVE. R-10 Zone
