Abington Christian Academy

Our mission at Abington Christian Academy is to form young individuals who are skillful at learning and using the things they do learn.  We believe that when we help our students master the basics of learning we are also developing the intellectual and personal habits that will allow them to flourish as responsible, independent, and productive adults. And since we also believe that wise, virtuous (moral), and joyful people are well equipped to live like this we give our students every opportunity to develop their character. Our emphasis on a language-based curriculum builds strong reading ability, and the ability to explore and understand the fundamental truths of our Judeo-Christian and Western Civilization heritage.  And because we believe some fundamental ideas and facts must furnish every child’s mind, we use the child’s natural capacity and enthusiasm for memory as an important pedagogical technique.  

Abington Christian Academy is a private, Christian (General) school located in SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA. It has 30 students in grades PK, K-3 with a student-teacher ratio of 6 to 1. Tuition is $5,580 for the highest grade offered.
