Transitional rehabilitation offers short-stay inpatient rehabilitation for patients who need support to regain their mobility and independence following an injury, illness, or surgery. Transitional rehab unit offers the best of both worlds: comprehensive rehab services and round-the-clock rehab nursing care. The patients have access to advanced rehab technology and experienced rehab professionals for a fuller, faster recovery. The multi-disciplinary care team is led by a rehab medicine physician.

Specialty programs include treatment for amputation, brain injury, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and other neurological conditions. They provide specialized physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social work, psychology, nutrition, family education, and other services to support your recovery and return home.
