North Pocono Yoga

North Pocono Yoga is a yoga studio based in Covington Township, PA (Kay's Plaza) that will focus on the entire well being of everyone who walks through our doors.  They offer yoga, meditation and breathwork classes, an infrared sauna, red light sessions, Reiki Sessions, artwork from local artists, Banyan Products, Gaiam Yoga Supplies, and private party packages at the studio or at your location.  They are a safe and welcoming studio to come and practice self care, a place for self inquiry, to destress and work on your health and well being.  A place to meditate and just be.
