The Office of House Arrest is comprised of diverse professional agencies, recognizes its responsibility to work in a collaborative and proactive effort to serve the public, crime victims and offenders.

It is our mission to improve the quality of community life through prevention and intervention services, to manage offender risk by maintaining accountability, and to afford the opportunity for change with an outcome of positive law-abiding behavior.
